Instructions 1. Fold basket into a cylinder with hooks facing outwards. This is generally a lot easier to do in warm weather, particularly with the 3mm and 6mm baskets. Some farmers will use a fan heater to blow hot air into the box of basket mesh before assembly. Warning: Ensure you are watching your baskets at all times, you do not want to melt them!

2. Starting from the middle, slide the male locking mechanism under the female locking mechanism. |  |
3. Lift the male locking mechanism into the female locking mechanism. |  |
4. Slide male mechanism into built-in slit until firmly secure. |  |
5. Once all of the locking mechanisms have been joined, ensure the locking pins are pressed firmly into their housing. The Assembly Process can be made even easier with the use of a jig.
